Woke up feeling like I had done a night duty and wide awake at 6! All very exciting as i found my cardigan !!
We made an executive decision that we would not waste the day. plan 1 pick up the car. Plan 2 go and pick up a Welsh dresser Lin bought on eBay. Plan 3 have a pub lunch.
Well we did quite well. Picked up the car with Little fuss . Nice car much bigger than we thought .
Plan 2 was interesting as I had to follow Lin and Tim in teaming rain and motorways, down narrow alleyways to the pick up place. Just fitted into the car but Lin isn't sure she likes it!
Plan 3 had a ploughmans in a lovely old pub in Marlow. Sorry the photo was an afterthought.
Beautiful drive back through lovely towns with mansions to die for!
